Service

1. LIONEX provides neutral, reliable, high-speed peering infrastructure.

2. We support bilateral and multilateral peering via IPv4 and IPv6.

3. Our diverse membership includes local access providers, regional carriers, content providers, the Root DNS, and more.

Members

1. Members must have their own network infrastructure, autonomous system number (ASN) and block of IPv4 and/or IPv6 address space.

2. Peering members shall be Network Operators such as ISPs, ICPs, CDNs and any entity that needs to exchange traffic with the other IXP members

3. Local non-traditional members should be able to join the IX, such as Government networks, VOIP providers, gaming service providers, content providers, research and education networks as long as they have sufficient local IP traffic and with the approval of the Executive Committee.
